Location: Aero Joe Pilates in the Hop City building at Pepper Place (2924 3rd Avenue South, Birmingham, AL, 35233)

Cost: 6 sessions and 6 lesson links for $108 ($18/session)

About the Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method® promotes efficient, pain-free movement through variations on gentle patterns. Group classes are called Awareness through Movement® lessons. The method is appropriate for all body types and abilities.

Lessons in this series will be performed lying on a mat.
